General Information

Chiropractic is a scientifically valid and extremely safe method of primary health care. Chiropractors, like your General Practitioner, are trained to a high standard of proficiency; and are fully qualified to diagnose and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal ailments. We work closely with other health care professionals and will exchange information when required, in the best interests of the patient. This will not be done without prior consent.

First Visit

During your initial visit you will be given some information about your present condition. It is important to us that you ask questions about any of the information that is given, or if you have any general health enquiries. Again, health care here is a collaborative process; you can help by keeping informed and sharing information!

Follow up treatment

Subsequent treatments will be scheduled according to average tissue healing rates, and how your body is responding to the treatment programme. It is very helpful that you adhere to any type of "homework" that you will be given. Icing instructions, specific stretches/exercise routines, nutritional supplements, and ergonomic changes all will be fully explained at the time. We will not schedule treatments if we feel the treatment will be of no benefit at that particular time.
